# Intellectual property

AiQL's investor-facing IP is the product, the software that runs it, and the marks. This page does not include source, secrets, or unpublished filings.

## Product and software

The applications, APIs, models, and SDKs listed under [Products](/products/overview) are AiQL's. Customers receive access through [self-service SaaS](/commercial/saas) or [custom deployments](/commercial/custom). They do not receive the source.

## Trademarks

Trade mark applications are pending for the AiQL name, the logo, and the tagline. None of these marks is registered. Application numbers and jurisdictions are not listed here. See [Brand](/assets/brand).
