# Istinād

> Saudi in-house legal. Arabic-first RTL platform

An in-house legal department platform built Arabic-first, right-to-left, for KSA jurisdiction. The live surfaces are:

* **Client request** — intake, triage, and routing
* **Contracts** — draft, negotiate, and manage the lifecycle
* **Matters and disputes** — litigation, disputes, and enforcement
* **Corporate and governance** — entities, authorities, and filings
* **Compliance and regulatory** — obligations, regulatory change, and licences
* **Data protection (PDPL)** — records of processing, DSARs, and breach
* **Outside counsel and spend** — panel, instructions, and legal spend
* **Knowledge and research** — corpus, precedents, and research
* **Reports and risk** — legal risk, KPIs, and executive reporting

Native Arabic RTL. Saudi PDPL. Roles include general counsel, contracts, compliance / DPO, legal operations, and requesters.
