# Custom deployments

> Enterprise, sold by sales, with assigned tenancy

Custom deployments are the Enterprise offering. They are sold by sales, not self-service. Credit volume, members, and support are negotiated. Public self-service plans stay on [Self-service SaaS](/commercial/saas).

Enterprise can run as hosted SaaS or as a hybrid deployment. AiQL evaluates the buyer and assigns a [tenancy tier](/commercial/tiers) so onboarding cost and isolation fit that customer. Data stays in the [data region](/commercial/data-regions) they select.

## What Enterprise includes

* Custom credits, with volume discount
* Higher rate limits than self-service
* Enterprise SSO
* SaaS or hybrid cloud
* Dedicated account manager

Typical buyers are large regulated enterprises and government. Those accounts sit on dedicated or split when a regulator or the buyer requires it. Managed is used when the buyer wants less infrastructure to operate. Central remains the shared-pool option.

These terms are not a public price list. They are not Free, Starter, or Pro.
