The cloud is chosen so data stays in that region, and so the environment can sit on a provider the buyer or a regulator already requires. Global hyperscaler. Hosted and hybrid deployments for buyers that standardize on Microsoft Cloud, including enterprise and government accounts.

Alibaba Cloud
Cloud for Asia and other markets where Alibaba Cloud is required. Used for hosted and hybrid deployments, including the India and Singapore data regions.
Huawei
Huawei Cloud for buyers and regulators that require it. Used for hosted and hybrid deployments in those markets.
GO Telecom
Etihad Atheeb (GO Telecom). Licensed telecommunications and cloud operator in Saudi Arabia. Used for in-kingdom hosting, connectivity, and hybrid deployments in the Riyadh data region.
