Terminology is a healthcare product at terminology.aiql.io. It loads standard clinical code systems, maps free text or codes to trusted codes with explainable matching, and exposes FHIR terminology operations. It is aimed at clinical coding and interoperability: consistent codes across systems, with a trail of how a match was chosen. This is not the Middleware API. Workspaces, ingestion, and queries stay on the Middleware API. Programmatic access is the Terminology API.
